Cherish your memories

Gosh! It’s already exam week now and today I’d just finish one major subject.
How izit? DO RE ME FA So so la..

Recently, people around kinda having problems with their memories, some having something flows in their mind or some having something in their mind but they try to get rid of it.
Dudes.. Whatever it is it’d already passed and it wouldn’t happen exactly again in the future. Only memories left. So do cherish those memories.

What? Having problem with trying to remember but cannot remember?
Then do you ever have trouble remembering names?
Is losing your keys or misplacing your glasses a problem?
Have you ever walked into a room and wondered why you were there?
Ahah~ I know you’re one of those big head prawn!
Don’t cry~ it’s not the end of the world.
(maybe fail to answer in math exam will do for some civilian..wakaka..).
Haha..You may need to continue read this long post then.. o(_)o

Don’t worry much. Actually many people experience memory loss due to insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain. If the blood in your body is thick with cholesterol, the amount of nutrients that can pass through will decrease. Eventually, this leads to a malnourished (lack of nutrients) brain. If the brain doesn’t have an adequate supply it can’t function properly. This may make you find sometime your mind goes blank when trying to recall information.
TIPS to ‘wat’ ppl: next time if some1 ask you for some 8gua info you just tell them your brain is under malnourish stage, to recall back you will first need to jiak bao bao lo, they should know do la..wakaka..good point ^^

There are many other causes of memory loss. Let me list several common one here. For instance, free radical damage, alcohol & drug use, stress, lack of exercise, regular consumption of fatty animal foods, processed sugars (WARINING LOOK here: KIDS do BEWARE & eat less sweets ya..XD), white flours, coffee, alcohol and tobacco. Why? Because these food and beverage will interfere with the body’s vitamin and mineral balances which affects one’s ability to remember and learn. So if possible, try to limit or avoid them ya.

Some others not common like hypoglycemia (familiar ni.. think of the movie just now…^0^) may cause memory loss because in order for the brain to function properly, blood sugar levels need to be within a certain range. High blood sugar levels in healthy individuals have an impact on memory. Therefore, elderly people on high sugar diets will tend to forget things easily. Ding Dong~ LESSON 1 we must be patient with the elders like grandma la, grandpa la or even our parents because sometime it’s not their fault to forget things that you’ve just said. Means memory loss will increases with age? Nope, not really. Actually, the fact is that memory loss has nothing to do with getting older except due to physical trauma or health condition.

Phew~ ok.. lets talk about how to improve apart from ways to prevent memory loss. Here are several suggestions that have been found effective in improving memory:

FOOD. Brown rice, soy beans, pumpkin seeds, orange, green & yellow vegetables, tofu, miso and eggs.

SUPPLEMENT & MINERAL- Iodine. Huge affect on memory and concentration.
Others: vitamins A, B complex, C, E, zinc, acetylcholine, omega 3 fatty acids, boron, manganese, garlic capsules, lecithin granules, phosphatidyl choline, phosphatidyl serine and DMAE. (for references purpose only so doesn’t matter x/2 or 2x..keke)

HERB- Ginkgo biloba(己子). Effective at increasing blood circulation in the brain.

AEROBIC EXERCISE. Effective at increasing oxygen to the brain and producing significant memory improvement.

MASSAGE. Great way to work out tensions in your neck and shoulder area which will improve the brain’s functioning abilities.

MENTAL EXERCISE. Necessary for maintaining a powerful memory. Challenging your brain daily causes more blood flow into different regions of the brain which develops new connections. Like any exercise it takes effort but the rewards are great. (boys will probably be thinking of dota now..~.~maybe gal oso..Pang CS? play cs? lol ^0^)

In short, eat healthy stay healthy. Remember you are what you eat. (hey..don interpret wrongly & stop eating sweet potato ady ya..oops~cold~今天天气好好哦~0x0)
Hope these little info will give a little help to you.. ^^
Good luck in your final exam everyone!
& all da best for others too ^^

Just now bo study mood so plan to blog til tire then sleep

Now 'talk' too much tire jor..yAwn....nite nite..z.Z.zZ

i wonder why you msn me recently
everytime when u start a conversation *"hi"*
u end it coldly
first
i feel confuse but delight when u send me something initially
but then
slowly i feel that you are trying to start it but din mean to maintain it
your reply is so damn icy cold
you're making me feel like i'm disturbing or annoying for talking so much
i doubt whether i should keep finding topics to "fill" the chat box
like filling it myself with my words and forcing you to reply
sigh..
What's in your mind actually?
i wish i know..
